With one week to go before the start of the new season John and Paddy have looked at ways they can improve and move the club forward from last season.
In doing so they have recruited 27 new players and have looked at ways to improve the performance of the team, one area that the Management team will be focusing on is the performance analysis of the team on match day and in training this will involve gathering data and performing video analysis.
The Management team tested out the software called Easy Tag which is a Smartphone application. We will be implementing and using the app along with MS Excel for the remainder of the season. You can find a copy of the job description HERE this will give you an understanding of the position.

We hope to announce the person who will become the Performance Analyst on Tuesday morning and will answer any questions after training.
