This January Eire Og are taking part in the GAA’s Off the Booze & On the Ball Campaign. The campaign challenges members to abstain from alcohol for four weeks in order to give their New Year a healthy kick start.
The aim of the campaign is to encourage the positive message about alcohol consumption and a healthier lifestyle and will also help with the pre-season fitness training.
After having a hectic social calendar over the holiday period Eire Og would like as many of its members to partake in the challenge.
