This week is a busy one at Downhills with both teams in action in the league. On Tuesday 19th June the firsts have an important league game at home to Harlseden Harps while on Thursday the second team play their first league game at home to St Brendan’s; all support welcome. The annual Golf Classic
Our first team had a strong win against a resilient Naomh Padraig side in a division 3 clash at Downhills last Tuesday evening. This week the firsts have a home game on Tuesday 12th June against Brother’s Pearse and on Tuesday 19th June against Harlseden Harps. Both games are in Downhills, throwing in at 7.15pm.
A depleted first team were comprehensively defeated at the weekend by a strong St Josephs team in the semi-final of the Shiels Cup on a scoreline of 1-15 to six points.
