Although we started off a bit slowly we picked things up towards the end of the first half on what was a very hot day. A great move from the full back line through the experimental midfield laid the ball on for a couple of the forwards to exchange passes to land the ball in the back of the oppositions net.
The lads were up for it at the half time break but DH’s started the second half like they were afraid of losing to us and as they scored 3.9 to our one measly point in the 2nd half it showed.
Even though the lads lost they put up a great fight to the opposition and it’s great to see a continuous improvement in the way they are gelling together.
