Training this week is on Tuesday at 7.530pm in Highgate Wood School, N8 8RN. There is no session on Thursday at the Emirates Stadium. All players are requested to respond to Teamer.

This Saturday we travel to Oxford to play a challenge game. The game will throw in at 1pm which will give us plenty of time to watch the rugby before we return to London.
